How To Treat Suspected Canker Sores In Vagina And Throat?

I have what seems to be canker sores on the opening of my vagina. I went to the doctor, he told me they were cause my throat infection. Which he thinks was mono. I m still have the same Sores on my throat and vagina. How do I treat this condition and does this co dot ion have a name?

According to your clinical history i presume that the two conditions are different from each other. soreness or ulcerated lesions around vagina are suggestive of fungal infections like candidiasis.please visit a gynecologist and get the examination and treatment done.
yes Canker sores is the condition of recurrent ulcerations which can be seen in the oral mucosa like throat.
It may be caused due to nutritional deficiencies, local trauma, stress, hormonal influences, allergies, genetic predisposition.
please consult a physician and get the examination done which helps in exact diagnosis.
meanwhile you can start with multivitamin supplements for 7 to 10 days which help in resolving the problem.
avoid alcohol , carbonated drinks , tobacco chewing and smoking as these may worsen the area affected.
regular mouthrinsing with antiseptic mouth wash or lukewarm saline water gives soothing effect to the throat.
