Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Since you have had both the HPT and the blood test read negative for pregnancy, you cannot be pregnant. Your symptoms may be due to a transient hormone imbalance. This can occur with sudden weight disturbances, stress, medications and infections. In this scenario, a trans-vaginal sonogram should be done to know the status of the pelvic organs. A complete hormone profile, general blood counts and urinalysis may be needed. If everything is fine, hormones may be given to induce a period and set the balance on track. Hope this helps.
