What Could Clusters Of Small Lumps On Elbows Indicate?

Hello: I have noticed over the past two years a small cluster of very tiny soft lumps that seem to be in, not under the epidermis above the back of my right elbow. I started with one and now there are four. The other three are smaller and flatter, one is raised off the skin almost like a wart, but it is soft and seems to have a fluid like instead of hard feel. I am concerned because I now have found two in the same location on the other side. Sometimes I feel very tiny almost like skin tags but not raised on my hands and very very small spots in between my fingers. Am getting very scared that I obviously have something in my system that is spreading showing in different places...and I want to know what it is and how I can stop and get rid of these things.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the lesion is spreading then it could be due to some viral infection, if you have not done the clinical examination then it is better to get it done for right diagnosis in absence of symptoms it could be nonspecific one it may be age and gender related hope this information may helps you take care and have a nice day.
