Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If tere is repeated episode of vomiting, in view of recent surgey and and bowel anastomosis being done, possibility of subacute intestinal Obstruction is to be considered.
Do consult Pediatric Surgeon if vomiting repeats

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
