What Could Cause Tightness In Chest?

Hello I had an incident today while at work. I was standing up and all of a sudden I kept getting this tight, clenching feeling in my chest. It happened every time I took a breath in. I am 21 and in good shape. I drink occasionally, but do not smoke, and maintain a relatively healthy diet.

HI
Welcome to H C M
Is any Hhistory of heart disease at early age in the family.
Don't worry
Check heart rate ,blood pressure.
Better consult your doctor for complete examination & for investigation like
E CG
Echocardiography
X-Ray-chest
to rule out any disease in heart & lungs .
Thanks for calling
If this type of patient comes to me I advise to take Tablet Apirin(UNCOATED)300mg ,to be chewed (not swallowed).
Tkr for calling.
