What Could Cause Stomach Discomfort And White, Fuzzy Mold-like Chunks In Stools?

I've had a strange feeling in my stomach for about a week now. It constantly feels like I took medicine (like ibuprofen) on an empty stomach, whether I have food in my stomach or not, it feels this way. It's not as intense now as it was last week, but today I looked at my stool and it had white fuzzy mold-like chunks in it, definitely not something I ate. What could this be?

Hi
Possibly you have gastritis. Can take ocid if available over the counter twice a day and see how you feel.
Also you stools have mucus in it, so need not worry. Possibly adding some probiotic if available over the counter. Taking butter mild or curd may help additionally.
Best wishes.
