Hi, some weeks ago I bumped the side of my knee. Some time after that I noticed that the spot started itching and still ached when pressure was applied. Hi and welcome to HCM.Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine twice daily for 3 days. You need to maintain a good personal hygiene . Avoid sun exposure and use a medicated usn screen whenever you go out. After all these steps if its not improves then consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Regards.
