Could The Red Itchy Spot On Chin Be Genital Herpes?
I have a dark spot on my chin that started out as being itchy and red. When it healed it left a perfectly round dark spot. I also have a similar spot around my genital area and the 2 spots every so often get itchy and swollen at the same time. I was diagnosed with genital herpes. Could the spot on my chin he herpes as well?

First, your gender please & your age & are you married or/& sexually active?
Second, did you at some point have a partner with genital or other herpes infection?
Third, did you or have you indulged in oral sex either as the recipient or the giver?
All things being accounted for, Yes, it is very possible to have genital herpes on your chin especially if the questions I have raised are answered in the affirmative.
The treatment will vary on expectations, expertise & experience of your treating Dermatologist/Venereologist.
