Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Clop M cream contains a potent steroid , clobetasol. When used for more than 2 weeks, it could cause whitish discolouration of the area what is medically called as post inflammatory hypopigmentation. I suggest you to stop using the cream. It will take some time for the white colour to revert back to normal, probably 4-6 weeks. You could apply a moisturiser on the area twice a day to prevent dryness and further itching.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
