What Could Cause Shrinkage In Penis And Testicles' Size Along With Difficulty In Getting Erection?

alittle while ago my ballsack was itching quite a bit and I proceeded to scratch it. I stopped once it started to burn and leak a clear fluid, at the time I wasn't concerned until my penis was shrinking in size and my balls are aswell. now it feels like it is harder to get my penis up and my testicles feel like they are too close to each other. someone please help me for I am feeling hopeless and extremely depressed. can this be fixed? if so, I need some help before it is too late!
