Hallow Dear,

It seems your wife has incomplete abortion. Please get it confirmed by ultrasonography. Incomplete abortions tend to get infected. The discharge then becomes foul smelling and also gives rise to fever. Please report to the Obstetrician. If it is incomplete abortion, I will need to be completed by surgical evacuation. If superadded infection exists, antibiotics coverage is required. Please do not ignore. Rush to an Obstetrician ASAP.

Hope you got the message.
