What Could Cause Severe Anal Pain?
i have severe anal pain, especially when passing stool. once i wipe, there is blood on the paper. This went on for two days, and now i have two sores on either side of my rectum. I have also had leakage, a yellowish fluid found on my underwear. What is this?

I really appreciate your concern, anal fissures could be the reason for the anal pain and it could be due to infection in this case I would suggest to try Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day for five days, along with that Povidone Iodine ointment can be used for intra rectum use hope this information helps.
