What Could Cause Regular Fever, Also Have Enlarged Spleen And Fatty Liver?

I have been suffering from low grade fever for the past 3 weeks now. Fever becomes normal and goes to 99.5 in the evenings. Most of the blood reports are normal. Platelets count is 1.5 lakh. LFT test showed billuribium to be normal, SGOT is 43 and SGPT is 83, In the Ultra sound scan the liver is fatty and the spleen is enlarged and measures 13.2 cm. Tests for Typhoid, Malaria, Thoiroid, CRP, are negative can you please advise

Hello,

If you are living in India rule out tuberculosis as that may be the cause of fever otherwise we have to go for biopsy.
