What Could Cause Painful Lump Behind Right Ear?
Over the last month I have had a terribly painful lump behind my right ear on the skull area. The lump is much warmer than my regular body temperature. have also been suffering from blurred vision recently too. Over the last 2 months I ve had additional symptoms that have been causing me concern. I have had painful itching of my right upper arm and sever pain that goes up my arm towards my armpit. I have had on the right side of my back lung area and presume on my spine mid back to upper back. My right hip hurts occasionally throughout the day. I ve had no injuries that would cause this pain. I ve been to the chiropractor and for massage therapy thinking that maybe that treatment would help. As of yet it is not helping. I m 38 and was a smoker for 20 years. I m a female. Should I be concerned?

there is a possibility of ABSCESS behind ur ear .
Thus can lead to pain that radiates to arm and shoulder.
hip pain is not related to this .
if it's abscess , it has to be drained and need oral antibiotics .
if not an abscess it needs ultrasound examination
