What Could Cause Pain In Left Chest Without Help From Divon Mr And Pantop B Tablets?

I am getting pain in left chest.

Yesterday i visited a doctor ang GOt ECG alos done.

ECG is normal. Doctor gave one Injection suspecting Muscle pain and gave me tablet, Divon Mr and Pantop B .

But pain is still there. Please suggest what i can do now.

Thanks for your query.
The pain in all probability is originating from gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) as your ECG is normal. You need to take pantoprazole tablet 40 mg twice daily before food for at least 1 week or so along with life style modification like avoidance of fatty, spicy and fast food, small but frequent bland diet, water intake 3-4 liter per day and head end elevation during sleep. If improvement is there after 1 week then you have to take the above said drugs for at least 6 weeks with life style modification.
