What Could Cause Menstrual Irregularity?
Hi im on my third month on microgynon 30 and I start my pill free week on a friday and have my period by the saturday both times and this is the third month and I started my pill free friday and its now monday and still no period is there anything to be worried about? Im not sure if it is normal or not. I havent missed any and taken them everyday around the same time everyday.

You no need to worry. Just wait for 3 to 5 days. You will get ur periods. You need not to worry. Usually, there occur some hormonal changes that your body needs to get accustomed to along with the microgynon.
