What Could Cause Irritation Around Labia Minora?

Hi okay so I ve been having this painful feeling all day between my legs and I wasn t sure what it was because I haven t had intercourse in about 3-4 months and I was last checked for any stds in the month of February. So I get home take a shower and I examin myself and it looks like my labia minora is irritated, it looks a little reddish like blood but there no blood, it itches and is painful. It could be kind of infection that irritates.

If you can use 20% anhydrous alum powder i.e. 20 gms to a litre of water and wash the area 3-4 times a day, you may be at relief. Alternatively Turmeric powder 20% wash may be used similarly. Still no, use 20% boric powder solution in water for rinsing the vulva. All methods are safe and no side effects. First two are natural, last one is synthesized. Most if itching go by these methods.

Still not relieved, may see gynaecologist for any anti fungal/ cadiasis or such infections for getting drugs.

Hope it would help you.
