What Could Cause Hemoglobin Level To Be Less Than 30% Of Its Normal Level?

I was admitted to emergency with congestive heart failure, underproductive thyroid and anemia...after a colonoscopy and endoscopy, takinf 20 mg of warfarin per day and synthroid, my doctor says he is at a loss as to why my hemoglobin level continues to remain at less then 30% of normal levels...any suggestions?

Haematologist is the proper specialist to evaluate anaemia
It may be from deficiency like iron or B-12; underproduction from marrow from toxins and so on
