What Could Cause Delayed Periods, Spotting, Fatigue, Cramping But Negative Pregnancy Test?
Hi. I recently was suppose to start my menstrual cycle on the 4th but i got light pink spots when i wiped on the 3rd but no cycle. It repeated late the evening of the fourth and as well today. My cycle has never been like this. i am also getting cramps and tiredness. My head and upper back has also been hurting me a lot lately. The past couple of weeks I havent been able to finish a meal. I took a pregnancy test today but it was negative.I dont want to pay to go to the doctor without asking around first. Could you help?

Some times in very early pregnancy- test can be negative, So get your serum beta-HCG test done that is a confirmatory test to rule out pregnancy.
