Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

One month of nausea with normal blood work and MRI of the abdomen indicate that it may be psychogenic.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
• Review blood reports particularly liver function tests and kidney function tests.
• Upper GI endoscopy as there may be gastritis and acidity related problems.
• Medical treatment with a PPI like Pantoprazole and Domperidone along with antacid may be of help and concurrent treatment of the cause.

If all the reports are normal then there may be something in foods and beverages or the atmosphere in home and at work, stress and/or anxiety that can cause the problems.

Keen observation can be of great help to find the cause and get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
