What Could Cause Clear, Watery, Foul Smelling Odor From Vagina, Cramping, Vomiting, Spotting Between Periods?
Hello. I'm 23. I just had a baby 6 months ago. I have paraguard IUD as my birth control. The past week I've had a clear watery foul smelling odor coming from down there. Cramping really bad I've lost my appetite. I've actually lost 6 lbs in a week. I've been throwing up very nauseous. Spotting between periods. For only 2 days its a light pink color. Back pain. Blood in stools. I can't figure out what it could be.
Hello and welcome to HCM, Presence of watery foul smelling vaginal discharge is suggestive of infection of the genital tract. IUCD predisposes to infection of the genital tract. Cramping pain, back pain and nausea can be associated with the infectious process. You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical examination. The IUCD may have to be removed. The vaginal discharge has to be examined microscopically to look for evidence of infection.
