i am 30 years old i have one son 9 years old.i have adenomyosis proplem.i month before i cought hcg false positive result because of adenomyosis problem.so doctor thought i was concieved.so she gave fortigyn 5000iu injection to prevent bleeding.i take scan after that only i knew iam not concieved and i have adenomyosis problem.till there is no regulur period.what i can do now?
