Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The lump could be a reactive lymph node, probably caused by an ear infection (considering also the mild ear pain). For this reason, I recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
