What Could Cause A Crushing Chest Pain On Right Side Below Breast And Armpit Towards The Sternum?
I'm having chest pain in the right side. It's a spot under the breast felt under the armpit inside & towards the sternum. I've had it for over a week, have not strained it. It hurts more when I lie down, move, or use my right arm & would be described as a crushing pain.

You need to have a proper evaluation through computed tomography scan of the chest and fine-needle aspiration cytology or biopsy from that suspected lesion to know its nature definitely. It may be a tumor or any other nodular lesion. Get yourself examined locally by a doctor.
