I have been having burning stomach pain for the last two days. It is not a sharp pain in a certain place, just seems to be all over. This came up suddenly, I haven't really felt anything like it before for this long, and have really only experience heartburn (or what I thought was heartburn) once or twice in my life. Yesterday I also had a headache all day. At times I have felt nauseated, but didn't throw up. I have been taking antacids that seem to help a little, but just for a brief period. I also have less of a desire to eat-mostly because I'm in fear that it will make the pain worse. It is more prominent sometimes, othertimes it is tolerable but I still notice it. Any idea what it might be?
