What Could Be The Side Effects Of Detmedrol Injection Given To The Hi Joint?

Yes--I need to know the side effects of DETOMEDROL when given an injection for pain in the hip joint ..I understand that detomedrol has been added to the steroid medication . I am very sensitive to any kind of sleep medication. Thanks! L. Faulkenberry.

steroid injections does not have sedation as a side effect...but they have other side effects like diabetes,hypertension,weight gain,hyperlipidemia etc....repeated injections must be avoided.for a single/two injections,you need not worry.
