What Could Be The Reasons For Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests?
took dronis 30 for getting periods. after 3 months me and my husband planning for baby. my mensus date was august 20 still I don t have my periods. so, I go for pregnancy test result negative. today 23 but don t have periods. what am I do? please tell me.....

The best test to confirmed the pregnancy is ultrasonography if you are in hurry else just wait for some time for obvious physical sign of pregnancy, if this is not pregnancy then amenorrhea could be due to hormone imbalance, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day
