What Could Be The Reason Of Spotting With Thin Clots In The Middle Of Cycle ?

Reason of spotting with thin clots in the middle of cycle. I had a spontaneous abortion at 16th week on Dec end. After that I had a discharge for around 20 days and again after 5-6 days gap had a normal 5-day started on 24th Jan. I had another 3-day cycle on 17th Feb but again I am seeing a thin clot discharge within 14 days. Can you please tell me what happening now ? I never had a short period or spotting in the middle of month before instead had irregular 40-45 day cycle.

If you have midcycle spotting then it can be due to ovulation ,don't worry.But if it is frank bleeding it can be due to hormonal disturbance, you can take novelon tab for 21 days for 3cycles.
