Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had left chest pain, and the pain travel to the pelvic area.
It appears to be due to the infection in the intestines, at the begening of the infection the pain was in epigastrium, and latter in the pelvis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms Amikacin injection, for 7 days, ofloxacin, dicyclomine hydrocahloride, ranitidine and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
