i m 18 yrs old n the skin flap on the left side of vagina has enlarged.what can be the reason for it n how it can be treated

Enlarged skin flap is your genetic make-up. once the skin flap is grown it cannot be reduced with medicines unless it is due to some infection or is painful.If you want to decrease its size very badly then surgery is the only answer.
