Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

A lump behind the ear could mean lymph nodes,a cyst, a swollen gland ,etc, it needs to be examined and most often if it is a lymph node, it persists without any symptoms for a long time , even after the infection has subsided

An examination and simple investigations will help in coming to a conclusion.

Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
This can be a simple reactionary lymph node, no need to worry if there is no pain. Do not try to feel it now and then or else it can become tender. Any more doubts you are welcome.
Take care

Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum
This appears to be a reactionary lymph node. These lymph nodes appear whenever there is any infection in or around the ear. If it is infective it would have been painful. So do not worry about it. No need of any medications and it will disappear after few days.
Take care
