General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

The dizziness is caused from neck arthritis.
To be sure for the diagnosis you need:
1- Neck X-ray.
2- Blood test.
3- Fibrinogen test.
4- Lipid test.

Salty taste is caused by Oral candida(Candida albicans).
However you need the following tests to determine the diagnosis:
1- Oral culture.
2- Glucose test, to exclude to Diabetes mellitus that favors Candida albicans.
3- Liver function test.

The results of the tests will determine the needed treatment.

Contact your neurologist and your infectologist.

I hope you find this helpful.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
