im 14 and i have red spots around my groin area, they dont itch and im a virgin, so what could it be?

Hi,thanks for query.Red no itchy spots in groin area could be due to some local allergy to clothes,perspiration etc.There is no need to worry.If they increase in size and gives you problem then please consult a your family doctor.In most of the case you will be fine without doing any thing.bye.
