What could be the reason for prolonged periods ?

I am 16 and I dont get it this month i haven gotten it yet and idk cause febuarary i had it on the 23 and it went thro march for a few days and today is the 23rd and it hasent started im confused??? plz answer bk...

You are having irregular periods with heavy bleeding. it is common in your age group and it takes some time for the periods to become regular. Meanwhile you start taking iron supplements and if the bleeding is very heavy you may need hormonal treatment.
