What Could Be The Reason For Pain In Right Kidney In A Person With A History Of Kidney Stones?

have had severe pain in my right kidney area for 2 days, I have had kidney stones before and that is what I thought it may be but just a couple of hours ago I peed a little and it smelled horribly, unbelievably sickening and I do not remember that happening when I had the stones before, I cannot eat or drink

Hi,
It seems that there might be having urinary tract infection along with kidney stones.
There is a possibility of stone coming down producing this problem as well.
Take plenty of water.
If needed go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Ok and take care.
