What Could Be The Reason For Over All Body Itching After Dengue Fever?

I was suffering from Dengue fever. It is 7th day today . I am fine with no fever ,no joint pain, no eye pain, no headache but now i am worried because of itching all over the body, although there is no sign but feel itching.what may be the reason and what should I do?

Welcome to healthcare magic.
Generalised itching after a febrile illness like dengue could be due to the subsiding rash ( dengue could result in a fine rash), a drug allergy ( given for the illness) or generalized dry skin. A subsiding rash and dry skin both respond well to moisturisers. Have a lukewarm bath and use minimal soap. It will resolve in a few days time.
Itching secondary to a drug allergy needs discontinuation of the offending medication. Antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs are common causes of drug induced itching. Please discuss with your doctor about the recent medications given and if any of them need to be stopped.
