What Could Be The Reason For Missed Periods With HPT Negative, PCOD And Thick Endometrium?

sir, i got married 2 years back..i have irregular periods before the marriage also..at earlier times i use to get periods with the delay of 1 week to 10 days. but, this it was prolong to 75 days (2 months 15days)..i have done urine test three times at home using test cards but it was negative all the time..so i met a obstetrician & gynecologist..USG pelvis was done and the result is border line PCOD.. ENDOMETRIUM thickness of 10mm DR said me wait for 15days more..folmet, zincovit, for 15days.. and duphastan for 7days..today is my 13day..what is my position now please help me..thank you

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
you have a disorder called polycystic ovarian syndrome where the ovulation does not happen every cycle due to hormonal imbalance hence delayed cycles with thick endometrium. following tests need to be done on 2nd day of your cycle.
FSH,LH,PROLACTIN,TSH,SERUM TESTOSTERONE
also if you weight is more for your height(BMI) then consult a dietician.
I would also recommend diane 35 for 4-5 cycles depending on your blood tests to regularise your periods.
