What Could Be The Reason For Having Vomiting, High Fever And Nausea?

Vomiting and high fever for one day. Then no symptoms for two days. On the third night nausea and fever spikes every12hours to 39.5-7. do not feel like eating and drinking because of nausea. Very weak. Fever spikes continue. No diarrhea. Saw walk in doctor who said can last 7 days. This is day 6. Should I be FEELING BETTER BY NOW.

With this presentation, I think you probably have an infectious problem. It could be a bacterial infection or parasitic (for example malaria, depending on where you are). You need a thorough clinical assessment and some laboratory investigations for the cause to be determined. If the doctor had put you on drugs, then it is possible that the drugs are not working. I would suggest you go for consultation again.
