What Could Be The Reason For Having Swollen Lymph Nodes On My Neck And Underarms?

I have swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck and think I have one in my left underarm as it is very tender to push on in one spot. I remember having the one on NY neck checked since I was a child. It is always there but more swollen some times. Should I have any tests done etc. Could it be from caffeine? I am also 9 mos. Post partum. Thanks!

lymph node enlargement is possibly due to infection. since it is throat that is involved, it is likely that there is a chronic sinusitis or throat infection

i would suggest a complete hemogram and x ray pns waters view for the same

i would also suggest usg/mri abdomen and ct chest to make sure there are no other enlarged lymphnodes, in which case a biopsy from the lymph nodes may be essential

i would suggest you take the tests one at a time

meanwhile start steam inhalation
