What Could Be The Reason For Having Stomach Pain During My Pregnancy Period?
M 19week 3days pregnant.having very severe stomach pain since this morning.talked to doctor they to take nparacetamol I did n pain is not gone properly.i can t move properly.my stomach hurts.i cant even lie down..n I had gaviscon too cause I m very very constipated.but had upset stomach this morning

Hi.if I would be your doctor then I would suggest you to stop receiving iron tablets. Take drotaverin & cyclopam combination 2 times a day. As this medicine is given on prescription please talk to your local doctor for the same.
