Hi
I read carefully all your concerns and I am sorry for your situation.
With regards to your symptoms it may be related with:
- bowel infection( parasitic, bacterial , candida or viral)
- gallbladder problems( if you have jaundice too).
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to run exams like:
- fecal analysis( coproculture, ova/parasites, candida)
- abdominal ultrasound
- blood work
- consult GI specialist
Still that please avoid constipation using plenty of water and foods reached in fibers.
wishing you fast recovery
