Hi,

Your daughter seems to be having perniosis. It is a reaction to cold. I would recommend her to keep her feet warm. Also apply topical steroid and antibiotic like cortisone cream and fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily for 2 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
