What Could Be The Reason For Having No Regular Period Flow?

Hi Dr, We have been trying to conceive since 3 yrs but in vain. this time strangely, I got my spotting on my 28th day . Today is my 32nd day. But till now , I get blood only when I pee, there is no normal , regular flow. We had unprotected sex. Mornings first I eat an apply, after some time I have diarrhoea. This is happening after my ovulation. Please advice !

The cause of irregular periods such as polycystic ovaries,obesity and hypothyroidism should be identified and treated effectively.

Ultrasound pelvis,FSH LH hormone ratio ,thyroid profile and blood sugar level , body mass index is essential to identify the cause of irregular periods.
Hormonal imbalance is the main cause of delayed or irregular or scanty menstrual bleeding.You might need to take hormonal pills based on the test results.
