Hello, You have irregular periods. Presently, you have missed periods. You are married and are sexually active. Missed periods is commonly due to pregnancy if you are having unprotected sex with your husband. On your treating doctors prescription, you have taken Primolut-N but have not got periods till now. You are suggested to get clinically examined by your treating gynecologist, get per vaginal (P/V) examination done to detect bulky uterus. Get pregnancy test done. Your treating Gynae will tell you to do USG (Uterus and Fallopian tube) done to rule out any ectopic pregnancy and also gestational age of the fetus and its well being if pregnant. You will be accordingly treated and managed. Stay away from addictions if any. Other medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are anemia, poor general health condition, thyroid dysfunction, PID, PCOS, etc. Get required blood tests, investigations and imaging tests done so that the treatment can be started at the earliest.
