What Could Be The Reason For Having Mild Stabbing Pain In Center Of Chest While Laying Down?

I have hada arota value replacement 7 years ago 1 am 73 years old I exercise regulary blood pressure good chloresta 0k passed stress test 6 mo ago had mild stabbing pains in center or chest wlile laying down on two different days for a few minutes each day walk up hills and light weight lifting .

Since you have had a stress test in recent past and are physically quite active and seem to be in good health, I don't think that there is any cause for concern. The pain seem to be because of some nerve irritation or it could be muscular in origin. Take some pain killer after consulting your doctor and if it persists, you may see a cardiologist again.
