What Could Be The Reason For Having Irritation In My Eyes?

I have a pterygium which was operated on twice and now it is back again and even became worse and invaded the cornea and my eyes is having a bad irritation now it is becoming red every once in a while. I'm so much afraid from doing the surgery for the third time and also afraid from leaving it crossing my cornea

Recurrence in pterygium is reported .. you can use topical drops for pain and irritation... u can approach a cornea specialist if at all u want it removed once again ..
