What Could Be The Reason For Having Heart Palpitations?
I'm 33 healthy no heart problems, had 3-4 anxiety episode. I do not smoke and only drink socially. But for the past 2 day's i've been having heart palpatations, when my heart skips a beat and only clears up when i cough. The last episode woke me from my sleep. i was sleeping on my left side.

I really appreciate your concern for this as you said you have anxiety episode so the palpitation could be due to this, but still I would advise you to go for cardiac evaluation not to take any chance, hope this information helps you take care and have good day.
