Hi,

According to your history, the possibilities are systemic infections like:
- Urinary tract infection, which can present with increased frequency of micturition. In severe cases it can present with nausea, backache, headaches etc.
Gastroenteritis can also give this picture sometimes.

Reproductive system related:
- According to your menstrual history, though it is rare possibility, better to rule out ectopic pregnancy once.
- Hormonal alteration in the middle of the cycle rarely may also lead to these kind of symptoms sometimes as part of Mittelschmerz syndrome.

If the symptoms persist better to consult your gynecologist or Physician once, get examined and go for investigations like urine pregnancy test, urine routine microscopy and if needed urine culture and sensitivity. With this workup the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly. In case of infection, antibiotics, antacids, plenty of oral fluids can decrease the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
