What Could Be The Reason For Having Blood In Urination?

About 3 months ago I noticed a good bit of dark blood on front of underwear. I am a male. Went on for several days and then no more problems until today . I have never noticed any blood while urinating. No pain or anything else. Any thoughts?

Hi,

For your history of blood in urine that too once without any pain, you shall go for a ultrasonography KUB to rule out any mass(may be tumors)inside your bladder and urine analysis for RBC and pus(infection). No treatment required as of now without the reports.
