What Could Be The Reason For Having A Lump Under My Skin Which Gives Puss And White Discharge After Squeezing?

I worked at a recycling center and I was in charge of recycling freon I had a itch on my face and scratched my face and in about a week I got a round purple circle on my face them size of a quarter looks like a blood blister I tried to squeeze it but nothing came out about 6 month s ago now that spot has gone but I get lumps under my skin when I squeeze them I get a white discharge then puss then blood then a clear discharge then a bruise what could this be

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.
Your condition is caused by a soft tissue infection.It needs to be treated with antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs.I usually gives amoxicillin/ampicillin plus cloxacillin to my patients(if no history of penicillin allergy).
You can see your doctor and get the prescription.
If it does not come down in 2-3 days of treatment,may need incision and drainage.
